Another method is delaying with solid food introduction in the babys diet. Vegetables, fruits and milk are irreplaceable products into the kids diet. Make sure your kid eats more fruits than bread or pizza. In addition, let him drink only water instead of various sugary soft drinks. All fat, sugar, salt and junk products should be avoided. Visit fast food restaurants no more than once a week, the less the better. Your kid should follow your instructions during his lunch at school as well, so take care of that.

Physical activities play the most important role in prevention of obesity. Daily exercising for at least half an hour is necessary for their good health. Letting kids play games like riding, skating, running, jumping, etc. is not less important. Enrolling them into some karate or dancing classes may also be helpful. Practicing any sport that involves physical activity is great for them. Generally, there are very good coaches at the school that can help your kids to develop their sport skills. If your kids are involves in physical activities, make sure they replace the sweating with enough fluids.

However, there are kids that simply avoid and do not like any kind of physical activity. There is a solution for these kids that is able to make them love sport again.
